Kim is a practice management consultant who provides administrative and
people experience services to Heft Law on a part-time basis. She is a senior law
clerk and practice manager with international experience in several areas of law.
Kim received a Law Clerk Diploma and a Business Management Skills Certificate from
Seneca College in 2002, and a Certificate in International Trust Management from the
Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP International) in 2012. In 2016,
she completed the E-Discovery Fellowship course offered by the Institute of Law
Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). Kim has extensive civil litigation and family law
experience in Ontario, having worked with more than 35 law firms of all sizes as
well as having appeared in court hundreds of times since 1990. In her spare time,
she is an avid reader and a mediocre piano player. Kim aspires to attend law school
in the near future and to become a full-fledged lawyer by age 60.
